We’re a focused consultancy with specialist engineers and a team of designers where every project is handled directly by Glenn, Michael, Steve or Diogo, giving our clients consistent, experienced input from first enquiry through to project completion.
Glenn will provide practical, clear and solutions-focused advice. Registered as a professional engineer in both Queensland and Victoria, he brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience spanning local government, private consultancies, and multinational engineering firms in Australia and overseas, along with a depth of technical knowledge that is rare in a boutique practice. His career has covered every phase of civil engineering: drafting and design, construction supervision, contract administration and project management, giving him a first-hand understanding of what it takes to deliver projects on time, on budget, and without unnecessary complications.
Glenn holds an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) with Distinction from Central Queensland University, and a Masters in Engineering Practice (Civil) from the University of Southern Queensland.
He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ No. 19204), a Registered Professional Engineer of Victoria, a Member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), a Unitywater accredited Major Certifier and Construction Certifier and part of the National Engineering Register (NER). He is also an internationally recognised Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) through the International Erosion Control Association, a specialist accreditation held by very few engineers in Queensland.
Mike is a civil engineer and project manager with more than 20 years of experience in the detailed design of subdivisions, carparks, street scapes, TMR Intersections and Unitywater infrastructure including fire flow and trunk water mains, pressure reducing valves, valve pits and gravity and sewer rising mains.
Mike holds an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering Technology from Central Queensland University. He is also a Unitywater Accreditated Minor Certifier and Construction Certifier and is in high demand due to his extensive knowledge of the SEQCode and WSAA standards.
Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in land development, civil engineering projects and the mining sector gained through over 30 years in the game.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Planning from the University of the Sunshine Coast, is a Certified Environmental Auditor (RABQSA, IEMA), and is a Unitywater Accredited Minor Certifier. He has extensive knowledge of soils, geology and hydrology in relation to civil and environmental engineering and specialised skills in soil testing, contaminated land, acid sulphate soils, groundwater monitoring and effluent disposal.
With this background and further experience in environmental management, combined with planning experience on residential, commercial and industrial urban development projects, gives him a broad understanding of land development from project inception through the construction phase to operation.
Having practiced across several Australian jurisdictions, Steve has a working knowledge and capacity to understand environmental and statutory planning legislation at State and Federal levels.
Diogo is a results-driven Project Engineer/Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale civil and infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally. With proven expertise in project management, contract administration, and construction supervision, Diogo holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the The Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon Portugal and is skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining rigorous quality, cost, and program control.
