Bax Engineering was created by Glenn Ainsworth to provide bespoke project management, civil engineering and sediment and erosion control solutions.
Based in Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Glenn is highly skilled in the civil engineering industry. Having worked in Australia for local government and private consultancies as well as overseas for multinational companies, he is able to draw on his expertise in drafting, design, construction management and contract administration to provide practical advice and optimum results.
Glenn holds an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) with distinction from Central Queensland University and a Masters in Engineering Practice (Civil) from the University of Southern Queensland.
Glenn is a member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ No. 19204) and is part of the National Engineering Register (NER). He is also an internationally recognised Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) from the International Erosion Control Association (IECA).
With an effective and sensible approach, Glenn works closely with all stakeholders to ensure practical and sustainable solutions are achieved.
